Ized Uanikhehi is the Co-founder TORA Africa, an impact driven human resources technology startup that recruits, trains, verifies and deploys workers in the informal sector, with a mission to deploy 100,000 workers in the next year and impact on millions of lives.
She is also convener of the largest community of digital marketing professionals in Africa – DigiClan and she is driven by her life’s goal to bridge the digital (gender) divide in Africa with community and collaboration.
A graduate of Biochemistry, with 14 years post-college experience in Marketing, who has spent the last 6 years changing the digital marketing landscape of Africa through her works and adopting digital technology for advocacy and helping startups promote their businesses.
She has worked for and with multi-billion naira International and local brands, successfully developing and working on a number of creative digital contents and offline marketing strategies to propel their brands forward.
She was director of marketing for MAX Okada and before joining MAX she was the social producer at CNN Africa.
